Tax and Delivery  

Prices quoted are subject to VAT at 21%.
 

Any delivery period quoted is an estimate only and commences from receipt of the Purchaser’s approval of the Promostore order acknowledgement and artwork proofs.
 

Provided the Seller takes all reasonable steps to deliver the Goods at the time stated, the Seller shall be under no liability for any delay or failure in delivery.
 

Legal title to the Goods shall remain with the Seller until such time as the Seller has received payment of the price of the goods.
 

You shall make all arrangements to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. Standard delivery is within 10-20 working days from receipt of the Purchaser’s approval of the Promostore order acknowledgement and artwork proofs.
 

You may be asked to sign for the goods on delivery to acknowledge that you have received them.

 

Ordering and Stock

All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order.
 

Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
 

While every care is taken to state the correct sizes and specifications of all items, slight variations may occur within accepted trade tolerances.
 

We shall be deemed to have fulfilled our contract by delivery of a quantity within +/- 5% of the quantity ordered.
 

Exact supply quantity requests are quoted for on an order by order basis, a minimum fee of €30 applies.
 

All items are subject to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given on request where you have already paid for the goods.
 

Products are priced according to different quantity breaks. Where an order quantity falls between two different price breaks, the lower price quantity break is applied.
 

Due to current volatile currency exchange rates, prices are subject to change without notice. We will however ensure to confirm prices, by means of an order acknowledgement, prior to proceeding with your order.
 

An extra charge will be applicable for non-standard packing requests e.g. labelling, inserting batteries, multi-drop deliveries etc.
 

Delivery Charges  

Standard Delivery (Ireland only) - €15.90*

Standard delivery is within 10-20 working days from receipt of the Purchaser’s approval of the Promostore order acknowledgement and artwork proofs.

*Standard Delivery is based on a max carriage of two cartons. High volume orders may be subject to an Excess Delivery charge at a rate of €7.95/carton.

Express Delivery -

Express delivery prices available upon request. Please contact us if you require this service.
The availability of the Express Service is not guaranteed and may be seriously curtailed during Oct & Nov (peak trading period)

Artwork:

Artwork must be supplied in either .EPS or Illustrator .AI format. All fonts must be converted to outlines.

(.JPEGS, .GIFS, Word Docs etc are not accepted.)

If you require design services our in-house graphic designer will assist you. Design services are provided at a rate of €45/hour. Please contact us for details.
 

Returns

Printed, engraved, embroidered or processed goods will not be accepted back for returns under any circumstances.

Faulty Goods: If an item is faulty please contact us by email or phone to arrange the appropriate return of the goods.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

Proof of purchase (relevant invoice and/or dispatch note number) is required for all returns.

The personal information, which we hold, will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong. You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse. We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of the Republic of Ireland. All rights in this website are owned by us. Any unauthorised use, copying or modification is prohibited. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to access our website for the purposes of browsing our product offer(s), ordering goods or services from us, or obtaining contact information for us.
